Ownership of a Megutan Dream NFT grants the holder rights to the token itself. However, all copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the artwork, character design, and associated materials remain the exclusive property of the creator. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of the artwork without the creator’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
The name “Megutan Dream,” the Megutan character, and any associated logos or symbols are trademarks owned by the project. Unauthorized use of these trademarks, brand assets, or related imagery for commercial purposes is prohibited. Any activity that may cause confusion or falsely imply official affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the Megutan Dream project is not permitted.
NFT holders are free to resell or transfer their tokens on authorized secondary marketplaces.However, impersonation of the official project, misleading representation, or sale of counterfeit or derivative works that may cause confusion is strictly prohibited. All transactions must comply with the terms and conditions of the marketplace where the transaction takes place.
Megutan Dream NFTs are sold “as is” without any warranty of future value, functionality, or performance. The project makes no representations or guarantees regarding price appreciation, market demand, or utility.
All purchases are final — refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not available under any circumstances.
Holders will gain access to exclusive goods, experiences, and opportunities offered by the Megutan Dream project.
All benefits and utilities are subject to change or suspension at the discretion of the project team. These privileges do not grant ownership, voting rights, or any equity in the Megutan Dream company or brand.
All community members are expected to engage respectfully and maintain a positive environment.
Defamation, harassment, discriminatory remarks, hate speech, or any behavior that harms others or the reputation of the project will not be tolerated.
Violations may result in removal from community platforms or exclusion from project-related benefits.
For NFT resales (secondary market transactions), a 7.5% creator royalty will be applied automatically. When sold on marketplaces such as OpenSea, this royalty will be collected at the time of transaction. All royalties will be used to support Megutan’s ongoing creative activities and to fund future community benefit initiatives.
